DMEC FMLA/ADA Employer Compliance Conference Attendees

Breanna Scott

Director, Product and Service Management,
The Standard

Medical marijuana is now legal in more than half the states in the nation, and nine states and Washington, D.C., have legalized marijuana for recreational use. Despite the fact that marijuana use is still illegal under federal law, this rising tide of green — and limited federal direction — makes it difficult for employers to know how to prepare and respond to these changes. Join this panel discussion to gain insights and new strategies to tackle this issue. We will address employment law factors, talent acquisition and management practices, HR drug testing and impairment policies, workplace safety considerations, and clinical applications for workplace accommodations. We’ll address any “burning” questions you have on this topic.
