Breanna Scott is the director of product and service management for The Standard. She guides the strategic development of The Standard’s product portfolio, including market analysis and product positioning. Breanna also leads the product team responsible for creating and refining The Standard’s employee benefits and voluntary product and service offerings. Breanna has over 11 years of experience in disability claim administration, product and vendor management, and capabilities analysis. She holds a B.S. in public relations and political science from University of Oregon.

Dr. O’Neill is a senior health and benefits consultant with expertise in rehabilitation, population health management, behavioral health integration, and healthcare reform. Dr. O’Neill is interested in improving the engagement of individuals, supporting understanding of their own health and their efforts to improve their health status.

Kristin Williams

Human Resources Director, Woodward, Inc.

Kristin Williams joined Woodward in 2011 as senior human resources consultant. Kristin was promoted to human resources manager in 2012 and then human resources director in February, 2015. In her current role, she has responsibility for three locations in the Rockford, IL area and approximately 2,000 members.  

Williams started her career at Swiss Colony, one of the largest direct mail marketers of both food and non-food products. In this role, she assisted in the start-up of two new call centers, was on the project team for the implementation of the company’s human resource management system, and managed the department of transportation Drug and Alcohol program. Williams then went to work for Data Dimensions, a privately owned information technology and business process outsourcing company where she started as human resource manager and eventually moved into a vice president of operations role.   In this role, she had responsibility for approximately 600 employees located in four production facilities across the midwest, as well as, data processing and call centers in Sri Lanka and India. Then, immediately prior to Woodward, Williams held a human resource role at Kerry Ingredients, a global taste and nutrition organization with 23,000 employees, where she managed recruitment processes for the Americas, focusing on finance and sales positions.   

Williams earned her Master’s degree in management from Ashford University and Bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She also holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Senior Certified Human Resource Professional, and Six Sigma Green Belt.  

Kate Wilkinson has over twenty years of varied legal experience from litigating business and employment disputes to leading legal teams in the grocery, education and insurance fields. She currently serves as senior director and assistant counsel at The Standard where she manages the insurance services legal team. Kate’s team works across the business – advising on everything from marketing compliance to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to The Standard, she served as litigation director for the Oregon School Boards Association, representing schools and community colleges around the state. She also served as the human resources director and general counsel for Oregon’s largest privately-owned grocery store chain. Kate’s passion centers on developing people, managing teams and leading to future state. She currently serves on the boards of Classroom Law Project and First Book Portland.
